This Refund Policy describes how Vunarexxxarlenox.world (Korkeavuorenkatu 2, 00140 Helsinki, Finland, question@vunarexxxarlenox.world) handles returns, refunds, and statutory withdrawal for Vamero food supplements purchased through vunarexxxarlenox.ddd. It supplements the Terms of Service.
Statutory withdrawal rights
Consumers in the European Union generally have fourteen days to withdraw from a distance contract unless an exception applies. Food supplements may fall under hygiene and health protection rules: the right may be lost if sealed goods are opened and cannot be returned for safety reasons.
Eligible returns
Damaged or incorrect shipments. Contact us within forty-eight hours of delivery with photographs of the outer packaging and batch label. We will arrange replacement or refund at no additional cost where the error is ours.
Unopened products. You may return sealed bottles within fourteen days of receipt if local law grants withdrawal and the seal remains intact. Return shipping may follow the allocation described below.
Non-eligible returns
Opened bottles, products without proof of purchase, or items returned after the stated window are not eligible unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.
Refund process
Email question@vunarexxxarlenox.world with your order reference, reason for return, and photos if applicable. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within fourteen business days of receiving the returned goods or, where no return is required, of approval.
Shipping costs
Unless the return is due to our error, outbound delivery costs already paid are non-refundable where permitted by law. Return shipping may be your responsibility; we will confirm cost allocation when approving a return.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue promptly. Unauthorised chargebacks may delay investigation.
